If you are a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student and would like to start your career by getting to know Ono's culture up close, the Ono Young Talent Internship Program 2026 is just for you. Feel free to apply!
The Ono Young Talent internship is planned for 20, 30, or 40 working days. If you have a mandatory internship, the duration may vary depending on your university's requirements or the needs of the team you'll be working with.
Internship start and end dates are planned based on the availability of internship locations and align with your program duration.
Working hours are between 08:00 and 17:30 for all our locations.
Your working model can be on-site or hybrid, depending on your department's needs. In the hybrid model, you'll work 4 days from the office and 1 day remotely. The on-site model requires working from the office five days a week.

Applications that move forward in the process will go through the following steps: An AI-powered English video interview, a general ability assessment, and contacting candidates who successfully complete all stages to share an internship opportunity including program details.

We evaluate your CV, your responses to the competency-based questions in the AI-powered English video interview, your English proficiency, and your general ability assessment results together to better understand your skills, experience, and potential.
You'll work on a project assigned specifically to you. Your mentor will share the project details on your first day. At the end of the program, you'll prepare a presentation to share your project outcomes. For function-based learning outcomes and key takeaways, please visit the "Meet Our Teams" section.
You'll take part in orientation, technical, and development-focused trainings and gain hands-on experience by working on a real project with your mentor and team.
Throughout your journey, you'll be supported by an experienced mentor who will guide you. Even better, you'll also have a co-mentor to help with questions about Ono and daily corporate life, along with an HR Business Partner supporting you along the way.
Ono Young Talent is more than just a short-term internship — it's the beginning of a longer journey and a meaningful connection. From there, we stay connected and keep you in mind for future opportunities 💙 As you progress, you may continue your journey at Ono through our PREP IT development program or by joining as a Project Associate or Project Engineer where many of our new graduates begin their careers.
